We are a reputable company. Here, at KC Digital, we treat our clients with respect and professionalism. We aim to get things done on time and keep you happy! By working with us, you are agreeing to these terms:- 

Basic Contract :- 

• You are hiring us as independent contractors, not partners or anything like that.  We will both agree on a start date for your project, and that is when the charges begin.
• You will get a monthly update on how things are going with your project.
• If you or we need to cancel or switch things to another company, we just need to give each other 10 business days’ notice.

Payment:- 

To keep things smooth, payment works like this:

• Advance Payment:- You will pay an initial advance of 50% before we begin work on your project. Then, after the project completion , you will settle the remaining 50 % balance. 
• SEO Payment Rules :- In the case of SEO, at the end of each month, we will send you a detailed work report on your SEO progress. You will then make two payments :- 
• Monthly packages: For our monthly plans, you will prepay for the entire month before we start working.
• Project quotes: If we agree on a fixed price for a project, you will pay everything upfront before we get rolling.
• Monthly invoices: We will  send you an invoice each month, and timely payment is a must. If an invoice goes unpaid, we might have to stop working with you (no 10-day notice in this case, just a heads up!).

We want to be upfront about these things, so there are no surprises down the road.

Our Responsibility:-  

Let’s talk about what we are both responsible for:

• Acts of nature: We can not control things like floods or power outages, so if they delay our work, we will not be held liable.
• Legal stuff: If someone sues you for something related to our work, like false advertising or copyright infringement, you will need to handle that.
• Content you provide: Remember, anything you give us to publish goes online for everyone to see. We will not check it for issues beforehand, and if it causes problems, that is on you.

We want to be clear, but also fair.  We will do our best to deliver your project on time, but unexpected things happen.  We also trust you to provide accurate and appropriate content for publication.

We are both on the same team, working to make your project a success.  Let’s communicate openly and avoid any unnecessary complications.

Overlooking:- 

Life happens, and sometimes we might not mention every single rule upfront. That does not mean you are off the hook for anything in this agreement.

If we do not  mention something specific right away, it does not mean you can forget about it later.  The whole agreement still applies.

The only way something officially changes is if we put it in writing. So, if we ever decide to adjust the terms, you will get a clear picture with all the details.

We believe in clear communication and keeping things fair. We will hold up our end of the bargain, and we expect the same from you.  By working together openly, we can avoid any confusion.
